The objective
of the Program for the Weekly 3rd Age is to focus on tourism in
Buzios with health and alternative treatments.
A balanced diet is included with optional low-calorie diet provides
a detox and weight loss.
The main goal is not just losing weight, but cleanse the body and
mind with healthy habits, physical activity, moderate and adapted to
the limitations of each. |
The philosophy of yoga comes as a
questioning of our lives, dissatisfaction and frustrations
that make it impossible to vibrate in a line of happiness
and mental and emotional balance and teaches us how to live
better in our day to day.
The Spazio Buzios Guesthouse is a hostel where the owners
Claudia and Gilles live and open the doors of your home to
receive your guests guests doing what they love. Claudia is
a yoga teacher, trained in Physical Ed, and experience as
the position of professor of the Academy Hall 4th Fisilabor

to the 3rd age, with service to heart disease.
