Cancellations will be charged as shown in the table below:
Low Season
Up to 10 days in advance - 20% of the total reservation
Less than 10 days in advance - 50% of the total reservation
PROMOTIONAL PACKAGES AND HOLIDAYS
Up to 10 days in advance - 20% of the total reservation
Less than 10 days in advance - Total reserves *
In case of early departure on any reservation, whether or not the package will be charged the full amount *.
* It is up to the Inn, whether or not the letter of credit daily for use in
a future period stipulated in each situation.
User can provide its replacement by another passenger,
the same conditions, the same date.
Reservations for PROMOTIONAL PACKAGES holidays and weekends only through full deposit
NO SHOW
No Show is considered when the guest does not arrive on the day of check-in. The apartment will be available for 24 h. After this period we will consider the reservation canceled and have the same procedure of our cancellation policy (will be a cancellation with less than 14 days).
To book you must deposit 100% of the value in the case of promotional packages.
